in Today's NBA, would Hakeem play C or PF? (2015-16)

    Top centers in this era would be average to mediocre in the 90s and 80s at best. Hakeem would obliterate all of them, including Howard.

    Just listen to Hakeem talk, and he can't hold back the ENTHUSIASM when talking about the CENTER position, like there's nothing else in the world that could be greater to do.

    Hakeem is much closer to Dikembe Mutumbo in being EXCLUSIVELY center, than he is to Blake Griffin

    (Could Hakeem play the Tim Duncan/Kevin Garnett/Lamarcus Aldridge combo "big man" 4/5 role? Yes but Hakeem's about dominating the paint)

    No you would just trade Dwight. Absolutely no need to pay him max if you got dream who was even a better defender than Dwight. Everything

    Yeah Hakeem would just love to roam the perimeter on defense chasing down stretch fours. Yeah I could totally see JVG letting offenses move Hakeem out of the paint so the era of PGs could remain dominate

    Of course he would play Center. Hakeem is all about the paint, he should be in it as much as possible.
