It would require a bonafide all-star and another borderline all-star for me to consider it.

If someone offered Gasol/KG and the number 1 pick(Durant), I would have to listen.

I honestly think this is the reason why West fired Fratello. He told him to tank and he wouldn't so he brought in an Aggie to run the show this year.

Durant/Oden, Gay, and Gasol are a very good nucleus for the future.

Why Bosh. Bosh has shown nothing to warrant the best center in the league. Bosh isn't even a top 10 player in this league.

    L. James, D. Howard. That's it. Potential and present production these guys would be good for a swap. Yao has injury issues these two don't have yet. It ain't easy being 7'6. I would make the change, but as a fan, Yao is so personable that I would never actually want him traded. He is too good and too likable publicity wise.

Yao Ming is irreplaceable. There is NOBODY in this league that could fill his shoes.

I would do Yao + Alston for Kaman + Brand + Livingston.

    Kaman
    Brand
    Battier
    T-Mac
    Livingston

I think that would be a hell of a defensive team and a hell of an offensive team as well. You would also still have Hayes, Howard and Deke backing up the big guys.... Snyder, Wells and Head backing up the swingmen... But we'd have to get Lucas and/or V-Span to backup the PG spot.

Keep in mind T-Mac will only be able to really help for another couple of years, so to go with someone who's not hitting their prime right now would be inefficient.

i'm surprised you didn't get permanently banned after that overhyped false trade rumor... and i don't think you're in a position to ridicule anyone's "thick skull" - you put your word and effectively yoru rep on the line

"Not close to a healthy T-Mac?" Please tell me you're joking. Lebron puts up 26.5/6.5/6.5, and he's a better career FG% shooter than T-Mac. Oh, and he's still getting better.

Not to mention he's 4 years younger than Yao, and 5 or 6 years younger than T-Mac. T-Mac has peaked.
