I would do what Steve Francis and Eli Manning did when they were drafted.

I think it worked out the best for John Elway.

Well....I enlisted after 9/11. Left for Basic in February of 2002, hurt my back the first week of Basic. X-rays showed arthritis and a degenerative disc, and they sent me home.

So I volunteered once, the result of which would most likely disqualify me from any draft. But yes, I would serve proudly.

I would serve proudly until I'm dead or they found someone to replace my old ass.

    Reasoning:

My mom came from a line of samurai and my dad is retired military. So if I die in combat, I will find that to be the most honorable way to go. It's a death I would be happy with.

Unless the US was being invaded, I'd renew my Canadian passport and get the hell out of Dodge. If it was being invaded, I'd enlist, join the Wolverines, or do whatever it took. I doubt I'd be ground troop material anyway.

For those saying they'd 'Proudly Serve':

How does it make you feel knowing that the politicians who approve these wars almost never send their kids into battle, yet expect you to? This thread makes me want to listen to 'War Pigs'.

Eh well.. it is what it is. You gotta serve your country proudly, you can't look at anyone else. If you are a patriot of this country, you have to be there for your country. :)

You would likely end up dead considering your namesake "RockyRaccoon"
