First Brooks tripped up and the ball went out of bounds.

Then he made a bad pass to Scola. I guess you could blame both of them.

Either way those 2 sequences pretty much ended our chances of winning the game.

Okay Lowry wasn't great but he was pretty good in the 1st half and kept us in the game.

I have to say that Ive read none of you alls posts.
And form this,I know you're all nuts.

When yao is out ,it is Lowry and Wafer who keep the rox live.
and when Books check in,what did he do,hogging the ball until time is out ,running inside to contribute TOs, Everyone else in the Clutchfans can see it ...except dero72,you fellas on.

you r mad ,when seeing your last words.

You guys got it all wrong. It's not about his mistakes or inability to set up offense, it's even not about his errand pass to Scola which officially sealed the deal,

it's about him dribbling out all the clock and pass the ball to Chuck at the end of the clock when Chuck wasn't even under basket and guarded.

If you have played PG for Houston for more than 10 games, this should be disallowed automatically.

Now...go on with your arguments how he is fine and will be the next Tony Parker.

    I completely agree.

Seriously, you should be banned for making any thread w/ "Houston, you have a problem" in the title.

I wish our defense was tougher. I think that would've held us together as well...

The most frustrating thing is watching Aldridge take a wide-open jump shot and nailing it with no help-defense or jump for a try-block.

It's also really frustrating to see Roy scoring on Yao on a layup. I wish that stupid pick-n-roll could be prevented the next game. That stuff OWNED us.

It had nothing to do with giving up 100+ pts? Nor did it have anything to do with the 26 by la and 42 by roy? Lets just balme the youngest starter on the team.

I hate to say this.. but Rockets took a step back when we traded Rafer..he was the one guy who knew how to get Yao the ball...Brooks, Artest, Battier..they don't know how to get Yao the ball consistently...it usually ends up as a broken play or a turnover.. That entry pass is a diffcult pass..especially with Blazer double teaming, coming from the weak side, and fronting..

this is crazy...IF IT WASN'T FOR AB IT WOULDN'T have even been close? I know he made some bad decisions and turn the ball over near the end but he did his job IMO. He didn't do anything different from game 1. The problem was the fronting on Yao, and to me, that's the passer and Yao's problem. We just needed a better balanced attack. Some Yao and some penetration (which brooks and Wafer provided).

Pathetic,The penetration of Brooks brings us more blocks and turnovers. Wafer is good , even Lowry is better,At least, they can draw fouls.

It wasn't for Wafer it wouldn't have been so close. AB just scores 11 in the last seconds. so what? trash time. He is not Roy.

Brooks could be a good bench as we've seen when we have Rafer, he could be useful in clutch time. But normal time ,we need a more steady G. Lawry could do this compared to Brooks, see Lawry's one pass today , he could do good pass and his strong body could force others to foul, in playoff, it's really importand .... I'm really confused why Adelman insist to use Brooks so confidently...........
I can say , if we still use our two G( lawry so little time while Brooks so much time) , we won't have chance to go far. :(

we could easily have passed up Brooks in the draft and still have Luther Head playing 30+ minutes for us. dont you forget that.

    r u a friend of AB????
fact is 1. AB is not good at passing, his pass was forced ,not active .
    2. CP kind G need strong body ,but his fast speed is built on his thin body.

He is a good G, has is style ,really amazing ability. but he is just a good bench G.

Even though I think Lowry might be a better choice to run the team eventually, Adelman did exactly the right thing by handing the reins to Brooks after the Alston trade and leaving him in charge. After all the McLady drama, the last thing we needed was a battle for the starting PG spot as we were jockeying for playoff positioning. And Brooks has shown some heart so far against Portland that I didn't know he had.

Next training camp, if Lowry outperforms Brooks, then Adelman will have another decision to make, but for THIS year, he was right to promote AB to the starting spot and have Lowry come off the bench. And having a second-unit PG as good as Lowry is a luxury.

Too bad others cant look at things like this and realize that the guys in charge get paid the big bucks to make smart decisions and manage and coach the team.
