In my opinion, this is exactly the type of win we needed

    even though it was tight.. we just beat a team that doesn't reflect their record. they have had injuries to all their main players for considerable time. I don't fault tmac.. he had a monster artest on him all night.. I am sure it get's tiring.

    hope this team is for real and it's like 04-05 with a different ending.

    Apology? I was not apologizing for the team, my friend. I was merely saying that a close win after a 2nd half collapse would be more beneficial to the team after the All-Star break than an empty 12-14 point blow-out win to an inferior team. It's something in their minds, in their guts, and in their hearts, no matter how minor, they can go to sleep with for the next 5-6 days, rather than going to sleep and waking up satisfied.

    I am not eliminating the fact that there are concerns over mental, and to some extent, physical toughness in certain team personnel. There are concerns, and that is not within the realm of question. What is important is that this win may continue to fuel the hunger in the guys to beat teams that they are supposed to, and be consistently driven against teams that are competitive. That's all I'm saying.

    I thought the Philly game was the wake up call? If a little success makes this team complacent and they constantly need "wake up" games, this team has no chance of a championship
