For the first time this season, I'm starting to think that there is no way the Rockets go very far in the playoffs. Most of us have been very patient, but it's about time to call a spade a spade. Everytime we show a hint of what we're supposed to be able to do, we follow it up with a pathetic loss to a subpar team. I'm sick of it. I'll bleed Rockets Red til I die, but the disappointment in this team may be the death of me anyway. I really don't know what the answer is. Makes sense to move Artest if we can work a good deal...he won't be here next year, so let's get something while we can. Damn...that's disappointing. I really thought Artest was gonna play solid D, post up for 15pts/game, and provide some toughness to this team. He's done some of that some of the time, but his willingness to fire 3's at will shows that either he doesn't know what he's supposed to be doing, or the coach isn't doing his job correctly. Yao isn't going anywhere. I don't know if we'll get any fair value for TMac, so it may be best to just ride his contract out and go from there.

On the plus side....Scola is doing his part. Landry is still improving. Wafer is an exciting prospect. Mtumbo is funny to listen to.

Undecided on AB. Started the season on fire, but I didn't expect it to continue. I dont' hold that against him. If he can end the season having shown some solid growth, I'm not against giving him more time to develop, but I just think he will never be a star.

Bottom line....nobody is off limits as far as trades go. The business today makes everyone expendable (except Yao...thanks for returning a fraction of our money China).

We should have never let Van Gundy go.

Can you imagine what Van Gundy would have done with the talent on this team. We were never unprepared to play. There was an accountability with the players under him. I did not like his dog house, but the positives far out weigh the negatives.

Blame the idiot who decided to fire JVG...

If we want players to start being accountable.. we as fans must do the same..

Someone start a petition and Rockets strike to get JVG back.

I've already found it utterly futile to watch the Rockets.. Why cheer for a team that consistently underachieves and doesn't suck it up, take the blame, and come back harder. THAT goes against every competitive fiber in me.
