I have been using computer all day at work. I noticed that my eyes are getting dryer and getting worse over time. I have been using my glasses and contact lenses. So does anyone know how can I improve eyesight naturally so I do not need surgery, glass, or lenses? Do I need to buy eyesight herb supplement? Thank you for you advice.
I don't know about improving naturally. But if they are getting dry you definitely need to use eye drops.
You can't. If your eyes are dry, see an eye care professional so they can determine your type of dry eye and the best form of treatment. Tears are responsible for providing a smooth optical surface, so dry eyes can blur your vision. But there's nothing you can do to change your prescription outside of surgery.

Eyes have muscles. Like any other muscle system, you have to exercise them in order to maintain maximum strength. So what is exercise for eyes? Just like other muscles, just letting them do stuff you enjoy does nothing. You have to train them by focusing intently on things you don't want to look at. The Utah Jazz, naked grandmas, gay p*rn, BLM protests, etc. Do this for two hours a day every day and you will start to see improvement in a couple of weeks.
I head masturbation ruins your eyesight. Obligatory Joke Possibly NSFW Spoiler A father and son are talking and the father tells the son "Son, you need to quit masturbating or you'll go blind!" The son replied "Dad, I'm over here!"

I stopped wearing contacts, stopped watching anything on a small screen (no tablet/smartphone) and started taking this probably worthless supplement for eye health. I never take off my glasses, from the moment I wake up to the moment I sleep, just out of habit I guess. My eye sight improved from -3.75 to -2.25 in LESS than one year. The optician was floored, he insisted on contacting my previous optician to confirm. I had been -3.75 for a couple of years at least, and the last time I was -2.25 was maybe 7 or 8 years ago. I don't understand it, and it doesn't really affect my life because I wear my glasses all the time anyway, but it's pretty f'ing cool. I don't think it's very common to improve that much that fast, the optician was in shock. I can let you know later how repeatable these results are, my sister and my wife are both trying this now.
They say exercise and Omega fatty acids from Salmon for example Everyone's different. There's really no proven way or else no one would be wearing glasses. but the rule of thumb is that every 15-20 minutes of computer use, you should stare out into a distance for a few minutes. set a alarm for it or something.
Seems like you have eye strain. Try googling tricks to reduce it at your workplaces like taking outdoor breaks or some kind of outdoor view of you're chicken of the Texas heat. I've been battling dry eyes for years. Good luck!
