It must be soothing to hear the gentle voice of Feigen after a tough loss.

Buy him a copy of Scott Peck's "The Road Less Travelled".

Blaming others constantly and considering yourself guilt-free Virgin Mary is not a good habit.

Defense has been bad for a while. I knew the 48-minute good defense we played earlier in the season wasn’t sustainable.

Oh well. On to the next one. Really wished that we would have fouled before the end of regulation. But Grant hit a miracle. Lick your wounds tonight and move on.

You f i....You do not understand the game and use f word freely.
Do not use f word if you do not know the other part. Where were you grown up?

Thats an oddly aggressive response to a post that's making a decent point.

How often does Ime talk about personally failing to make the right adjustments?

I don’t understand why Fred gave him so much space. At least stay close and make the inbound more difficult. That was an EASY inbound pass.

It was absolutely ****ing pathetic. In a lot of ways, this was maybe the worst loss of the year, but that third quarter should have been completely humiliating to them. What a joke.

And we missed DB for a good chunk. And we have 5 20 year olds in the rotation...

We will get back on track when we have the dogs healthy again. Jeff Green can take you only so far on defense.

I don't understand why we had two 5 ft dudes to defend the 3 pt line and one 8 ft dude who can't jump an inch from the ground to defend the inbound pass out there with 1.5 seconds to go when our opponent needs a 3 and only 3.

He doesn't hesitate to call his players out in a loss, the problem is he was coaching an elite veteran team with a lot of continuity before and they didn't lose very often either before or since.

It probably hits differently when you have a team that is starting to lose a lot and is teetering on the edge of relevance.

Progress is not linear but it is there.

Is there any coach that likes to blame himself for a loss? Serious question.

I do not know in NBA but lots of coaches resign in other sports. It is kind of self blame.
Specifically I remember Mustafa Denizli who is the only person coaching 3 different Istanbul team to Super League Championship, saying that: "In a certain period which my performance was not on par also...."

Ohh, I remember Pat Riley firing himself as HC of Miami Heat.

Resign yes. JVG resigned from Knicks for example, IIRC

I’m talking about blaming himself after a loss, in a post game interview, or to reporters.
