I will never hate James harden after the many great years he gave me as a rockets fan. Harden maybe a flawed, aloof individual but harden single handily changed how the game is played. He was probably the first nba player in my years of watching the nba that actually was so far of everyone else offensively he ended forcing the nba to adapt to him

So what you're saying is no matter how selfish, entitled & spoiled he was towards his own teammates & coaches, and how many playoff games he purposely gave up in, you just enjoyed watching him put up numbers?

A rocket great is a rocket great. Man has his jersey on our rafters and have folks like u call him a bum. Might as well rename yourself to a Fairweather fan.

Harden despite his flaws has his name etched over many of our franchise records. Sure he failed to win It all but so did the other players who played for our team. U are so focused on his failure of winning it all an achievement so fking hard that some teams and even hofs has never accomplish before that u are rejecting his existence and contribution to our franchise as a rockets great. Learn to move on and appreciate what Harden has done for us. Holding all this hatred towards a former Rockets great bc of the messy break up and not winning it all is just being small minded.

Harden didn't even win titles and forced the NBA to change the rules. Meanwhile the Warriors still get away with illegal screens every other play.

That's KD 4 ft out of bounds levels. George is taking the foul, he's beaten so he's making Sengun shoot for it. Just unconscious refereeing there.

I like that beating our team looked hard to do and I also like that Ime does not seem happy about it. I'd bet the reports of Ime not wanting Harden are all too true, it may not be some like aggressive thing but Harden played like he had something to prove. People are kind of clowning the Clippers and Harden (as always) but that's a really loaded veteran team. Probably has Ime a little extra stoic.

We're not going 82-0 but this is what you want losses to look like. Having good teams barely nudging past you for the W.

Thing is its a lose-lose situation for Ime because if he calls them out the refs will use that as bulletin board and hate even more in the next game (possibly future as well) and he would get fined since the NBA loves to protect their mercenary rogue officials

Best thing to do is let the refs swim in their own piss of officiating for this game and move on and play with the same energy and they will likely come away 2-1 on this road trip

But I get exactly where you are coming from

The foul called at .2 seconds remaining to gift the clippers 2 extra points was literally criminal. The spread was 6.5 . The rockets will win if the refs let us. And we lose if they don’t let us. Wtf is the point of watching a “sport” if it’s “entertainment “ and the referees are the ones who dictate who wins or not ?

This is true, to finish top 6 in the west, they have to figure out how to overcome the bad calls on the road.

We are fine. The four day break took us out of rhythm in the refs were intentional and trying to screw us.

still predicting we go 45-37 at this point at a minimum.

Flaws? He quit. You're clearly a lover of stats and not the actual game of basketball, got ya. Us ROCKET fans care about effort & doing whatever it takes to win it all. We don't care for a stat padding bum

Harden quit and the Rockets should have moved him before the season started since it was clear it was over. I still consider him a Rocket great, but he never had that "it" the true all time greats have.

No - he wants to keep it simple for his team when it comes to accountability. He doesn’t want his guys blaming the refs or anyone else at this point in their development.

Now the NBA is being forced to adapt to him, in a different way.

I was just about to say this when I read Binkley's tweet. "I remember the legend of KD air walking while saving a basketball from going out of bounds... I witnessed it ... no lie ... because he wasn't out of bounds."

Best part of that play is that it looked like George fouled him and was stopped waiting for the play to be called dead because of the foul and then was like "oh... guess we're heading the other way?". LOL.
