I was about to say the same thing. People here were pissed when we ran PJ Tucker out there daily. Most people probalby forgot Tate was even on the team.
Tate is a servicable player but he's offensively so limited it hurts the team. We can't afford to have more than 1 nonshooter in any of our 5s. I guess he can play 5 occasionally but i don't want him to take others' spot. He shouldn't get more than 15 minutes.

Tate could play small ball 5 if the other team is playing it with a J Grant/Nance Jr type in small situational spurts, or like end of the first half with all bigs in foul trouble type situations
Tate would be 5th on the depth chart behind Sengun, Landale, Bari and uncle Jeff. Probably drops to the 12th or 13th man by the time the rotations are set. Good Insurance if we have injuries.
