This is a male dominated message board so it's no surprise at the translations. Another translation could be this: It was consensual with an agreement to keep it quiet. He has an ego and started openly flaunting it and making comments to her. OR It was consensual but she wanted to end it and he responded by making comments and harassing her at work to force her back into the relationship. Both of the above are extremely common.
Consensual sex with an employee ALWAYS brings risk to both your own career and the company you work with which is why most companies have specific policies about it. You open them up for litigation. You can create an unhealthy work place when people start seeing favoritism. It can become hostile if one party wants to end the relationship but doesn't because of professional fears. Sleeping with the spouse of another employee is obviously not just consensual sex between two colleagues. You create a hostile work environment at that point at a bare minimum.

I lean towards the latter because if he thought he could bang 2 chicks in the organization, he has some entitlement issues and probably does not take rejection very well. Realistically, we don't know either of these people/any of these people. We have no idea what went on. People making assumptions are doing so based on their own personal bias.
