man this is dead on. I’ll add that if one thinks there’s actual value to winning and creating a winning culture and mindset (especially for a young team coming out of the Silas era) shouldn’t upgrading Jock and Arron Holiday be a priority? You don’t want to trade Tate, fine, but why not bring in a guy for a 2nd rounder. We still have a 2024 2nd rounder that we don’t need. Is it because we wasted all those 2nds this summer? Regardless it’s really sh#tty of the front office to be punting and rolling with Green, Holiday, and Landale the rest of the way. That’s a “we don’t care about winning” mindset. It reeks of the last 3 years.

 

Şengün’s defense has been terrible for a month straight. His offense game has also been significantly worse over that time frame.

the league has made its first round of adjustments. Time for Şengün to adjust back. Conditioning needs to be his primary focus. There is no doubt in my mind that he is worn out and playing both sides is very new to him.

Green on the other hand, has a solid dose of KPJ attitude. Frankly, I don’t care if he ever pans out. I just want Ime to put his b**** ass in its place.

 

Maybe they do indeed don't care about winning, they already reached last season win total before ASB.

The reality is the team started out strong but injuries derailed what should have been a stellar season. Maybe they stood pat cuz they wanna see if this team can still make the play in cuz if not it might be better to tank and get 2 lotto picks next year.

 

We have a team with zero all stars and none on the horizon. At what point do we need to look in the mirror and realize that the reason we lose to the pathetic Raptors, Blazers, Bulls, almost to the Pistons is because they are our equals talent wise. Jalen, Jabrari, Amen, etc. are all at best regular normal non-all star players. Fill anyother guy on this team….Jeff Green Jock Tate Holiday etc. and you realize we are absolutely no better than almost all teams in the league. We have mediocretalent and it is good enough to compete but not win at a playoff level. Cam, Freddie, and Sengun are the best of the worst on this team, but aren’t taking us to the promiseland next year or anytime soon. Casino man Tilman is great at talking us up and getting our hopes high at his slot machines, but it is all a facade as the reality is that he’s sold us a bag of $&@/ with thispathetic 5 year plus rebuild.

 

What even are you talking about? Green has sucked on the court but his attitude has always been great.

This is just a small observation, but Sengun looks beat up. I am not making excuses for his poor play lately, but the Rockets opponents seem so to have a free pass from beating him up all over the court while the officials give him a foul at the slightest touch against opponents. Several replays have shown so much bashing and contact by opponents against him that would have easily been called if his name were LeBron, Giannis, Embiid, or the so-called "superstars". Opponents did the same thing to Yao Ming, but Yao is a much bigger player who was able to absorb the nightly beating allowed by the officials. We'll see how Alpi responds.

 

They only played 51 games so far genius. And the draft picks are only 21 yr old and younger. If you don't like this team nobody is holding you hostage to keep posting here.

I don't understand why people like you keep b****ing and hate everything about this team but don't go away. If I hated the ownership, coaching and players of a sports team I wouldn't be dumb to enough to keep hanging around their team site.
