When we last spoke I was constructive in suggesting you spread cheeks towards Udokas DMs because you are crying for attention real bad

otherwise there’s no way someone comes in here with a straight face after what everyone was saying in this thread came to fruition.

Yes. We don’t stretch the floor well even after the Green trade. We’re better at passing out to the corner and wings for 3s because of our positioning with Durant and Sengun. But Amen not being able to shoot beyond 5 ft and both him and Sheppard’s inability to play high screen and roll has forced us to play iso or post with our stars which leads to a lot of TO’s when they trap and then jump our passing lanes on the kickout.

I don’t think that we’re overall worse than last year but i do think it feels like something is missing. I think not having Fred on the floor hurts this team’s mental and physical edge. We already lost Brooks but not having a vocal leader on the floor matters. Our defense just doesn’t look the same.

Ime is stubborn but it seems he is slowly adjusting. Massive difference in how Reed was playing today versus previous game. Ime definitely decided to give Reed the keys to attack and facilitate. You could tell by how the rockets were actively looking to inbound the ball to him, where as previous game you had Jabari, Sengun and Amen taking majority of the ball forward. This game they were looking to pass to Reed and are actively looking for Reed to get his shots up. On the flip side, Reed is also dishing some amazing dimes to his team mates.

ime is definitely adjusting and I hope you continues to realize Sengun should play as a hub and Reed should be initiating the offense.
