Imaginary experiment: Harden and 2012 NBA draft

    I was never very high on Anthony Davis. Maybe I haven't watched much of him. From his NCAA tourney performance, he didn't seem to have the offensive skills to be an elite player. KG coming out of high school was better than him.

    He may develop into something like Dwight Howard. Not refined on offensive skills but blowing people away with superior athleticism and dominate on the defensive end. But for every Dwight Howard, there are many athletic big men who turned out to be like Tyson Chandler, who is good but no franchise cornerstone.

    Like I said multiple times before, you guys only watched some games at UK and don't know Davis. Guard in HS and showed the complete package. Dude can comfortably take the ball up the floor, ISO, take guys off the dribble and sink long jumpers.

    The scary part is: Harden is eligible for 2012 draft when he was 22 years old in this imaginary scene. Imagine a rookie with last night's performance in his debut...He's one year older than Lillard and half year older than Zeller. It feels just like we got a top2 pick without tanking and it pan out immediately in no time.
