well first you have to understand that in the lotto, whatever position you are in, you cannot go up EXCEPT top 3. lets say you are 7th. you cannot pick 4th, 5th or 6th at all. you can only pick 1,2,3,7,8,9,10. but lets say you are 4 or 5. i think the reason it sucks to be there is that, all it takes is ONE team to jump you...any team. if you add all the balls of teams below you it far outweighs your balls. so the chances a team gets a top 3 pick is more than your team alone does. thats why you fall more than likely. basically one team usually gets really lucky and it hurts a few teams somewhat.
