Actually, I've noticed this also. The majority of hot young girls don't take care of themselves into the late 20's and beyond. The ones that do usually continue to work out and eat right. It's hard to tell how a hot younger girl turns out later in life, but a hot 30's girl will stay like that for a while, just because you know she'll likely continue to take care of herself. And also, by then you know the latter has good genetics, or you can look at her mom.
