    They aren't playing the same way... Just a different attitude... Very cocky but low intensity. They expected to coast and they got best.

    Now we have lost 3 of our last 4 - two to lotto teams. We are officially in a slump.

    They look tired and beat up. Passes aren't sharp. Shots are short. Other teams beating us to loose balls. Really need some of our bench players to step up.

    Trades usually don't go down until the last hour. If there's some superstar (or just "star" difference-maker) out there to be nabbed, he won't be traded until the last minute; and that usually puts other trades in a holding pattern.

    If there's any exasperation here, it's that D'Antoni won't play anyone outside his regular rotation. I don't know if KJ and Ennis and Bobby "Don't Be Cruel" Brown and Free Kyle are in the doghouse or keeping a future trade warm and therefore can't be allowed to get hurt. But playing Gordon on a gimpy ankle so he can go 3 for 17, rather than put in some of the other bench boys?

    I think many Rockets fans knew we would be a playoff team and not win a chip. Won't happen with this current roster either. We need a true big, preferably someone that can shoot so we can pull the big time Centers we will be facing out the paint in the playoffs. And another scorer because Dekker and Brewer will stink it up in the playoffs. Still not sold on Bev either.

    We started 6-5 and finished the halfway point at 31-10. We're in our second half 6-5 slump... the 25-5 follows it.

    Weve just hit a midseason slump, dantoni just needs to rest his guys a bit keep some minutes down. Rockets have played legit like 4-5 more games than spurs, warriors cavs etc. the 2nd half of the year is much lighter. We've just got to recover and stay well rested
