Touche' to that. Cops feel they can do whatever....ecspecially to someone like this guy who is a minority.... If there where no cameras....and the guy tried to plead his case without this evidence....they would laugh at him....Who would believe him over them cops?....nobody....Luckily there was someone with a camera....or they would have gotten away with it....which im sure plenty of cops have gotten away with before...and prolly worse than just a lil kick to the head.
When I was 15 I had my first real experience with the police outside of an elementary classroom and some cop telling us to just say no. I was involved in, not driving, but involved in a high speed chase that ended with my buddy wrecking his grandmas truck. We all ran after the collision; once caught I acted like a punk ass kid and got similar treatment from the officers foot. I deserved everything I got; granted, there was no Mexican piss comment, all I got with my foot stomp was a "Stop Fncking looking at me punk", fortunately the world is deservedly absent a punk ass kid activist group so I just had to take my medicine and learn from it. I know, cool story bro.
I like how people are saying wait for the full story. Racial slurs and kicking somone who is already detained is never justified.
The Seattle police had the same guy who kicked the **** out of a handcuffed 15-year old girl a few months ago because she flipped her shoe at him. It's a shame that these jobs attract the sort of weakling bullies who get a hard-on beating up someone who can't fight back.
The problem is the police culture in general. Cops look out for their own and never rat each other out.

I think it's offensive to any law abiding citizen that we're being detained and kicked in the face. I hope those men are sent to jail for assault.
There is some humble, respectable cops out there. Who do their jobs and protect the community. But the ones who are Power Trip Dick heads (most are).....can get ****ed with a flaming bat with barb wire wrapped around it.
Yea there might be but i've yet to encounter one. I grew up up in a real bad neighborhood and had many encounters with police just like this. The gang task units are the worse. Ive seen this type of stuff first hand and alot of this doesnt get on the news. I remember once when i was like 16 i had real bad knee sprain and i was on crutches. Some police stopped us(we were on foot walkin toward school) searched us , looked for gang tattos on us to see if we were affiliated with gangs then took our pictures. all this while lauging and callin us names. Then they confiscated my crutches because they said it could be used as a weapon and forced me to walk away on a badly sprained knee. I had to walk like at least a good 10 blocks. the police also kept circling around to watch me walk in pain with big smiles on their faces I hate cops.
All Muslims are terrorists, all Christians are child molestors? All police are scum, right? No, I didn't think so. It's an isolated incident. Most cops are good. If you are not out doing bad things or around bad people, bad things generally don't happen to you.
