Actually it is alright for white folk to joke about black folks...You can be offensive...but you have to be funny. If it isn't funny then it is just offensive and insulting...
I've been around plenty of white folks who talked **** about black folks. They are doing perfectly fine. The moral of the story is you can say what ever stupid **** you want to say and the government will not prosecute you. However don't expect there to be zero repercussions from other parties for your stupidity.
