Ok, after long hours without sleep, I've finally decoded his message. First its much straight forward than his usual post. Basically he's saying VY will be signed by the Rockets next year. Either that or a 10 day contract is in the works. He's "furious" because he wanted the Rockets to sign Mario Williams but Mario was asking for too much money.
