You are going to be so fired and nobody will want to hire you. When other hospitals call to ask if you rehirable, they will say no. Don't count on the whistle blower law to protect you. I bet there are ways around it.
Don't listen to the wussies. The light of day is the best disinfectant... time to start opening doors and windows on this BS. If no journalist or news outlet will listen to you, prepare a backup plan, and blast away with the anonymous letter. Do it well, and people will listen, changes will happen.
