How crippled are we talking on Verizon? Can you hax0r them to not be crippled? Or what sort of things define crippled when you get a verizon?
Also, for anyone that's switched from AT&T/other to Verizon....do you think if we switched to Verizon we can do a bit of leveraging? Such as showing them our papers from AT&T in terms of what we get per month .... text messaging, minutes, etc and saying "Here's what we get with AT&T per month, only thing is the service sucks... can you get us this price/similar plans or better per month?" If not, we'll just go back to AT&T etc. Does that work with phone companies these days?
My gf gets the employee discount. And Opening one in her name, that I'll use. Sucks I have to pay the fee for dropping my provider since I just renewed in November. But that'll still be worth it after a few months.
I think the simply everything plan is now double (60 bucks) for the same plan details as the old sero plan. Then you get an employee discount from your employer, which range up to 25%. Mine was 20. Looks like Moes's was 25... You can check it out at http://www.sprint.com/everythingplus Enter Russ.S.McGuire@Sprint.com and 383 The VP of Sprint is letting people use it.
Yeah, no complaints here. I always hear about how much Sprint sucks, but I never really have service issues and their network is actually one of the best of the major carriers when it comes to web access.
Doesn't work for me at Verizon, if that's your arguement, then we pull out the "you get what you paid for" card, they may give you like bonus mins or see if your employer gets you a discount Btw since I'm at work I might as well b**** about this..... We at tech support don't give a damn how many bars of signal u get on your device, it isn't the end of the world if ur getting 1 bar of signal There I said it.....
T-Mobile for about 5+ years no problems except the bill is in my wifes name and only she can make changes to the account. We've tried to add me, switch the bill to my name etc. But this just does not seem possible for some reason, we have tried this multiple times and it is a wast of time. we finally gave up. Other than that they are great Sprint and ATT suck and I will never use them again, especially ATT.
What is he letting people use? The simply everything is $100, even with a 25% off it would still be more expensive than what I pay for my T-Mobile.
Don't know why, but it's on his blog. http://mcguireslaw.com/ Checking out the link I sent you under plans, there's SE unlimited and Everything Plus. It's a decent deal for people who love crackberries, but the old SERO days are mostly long gone. Simply Everything can be an awesome deal for large family plans.
Lol, yeah that's understandable. Yet, if you get one bar, the company SHOULD care. I realize yeah yeah, it could be an isolated patch of customers but those isolated patches of customers get pissed off enough and X company does lose business. If I can't hear the person on the other line and have to almost yell into my phone, what good does that company do me? That's not even average service, that's piss poor service.
the company cares, just not me.... but in reality, the bars of signal doesn't really determine if your getting service or not for what its worth, we've been #1 in Customer Service with JD Power and Associates, T-Mobile has been #1 for good while and were behind at #2 but we've been number #1 for 2 years now? or they do it quarterly, something like that, but the company really strives on customer satisfaction and I'm paying for it.... http://www.jdpower.com/Telecom/ratings/wireless-retail-sales-satisfaction-ratings-(volume-2)
