Is there something wrong with using a teleprompter? Maybe her speech would have been better had she used one.

Nearly every politician and commentator uses one. I never understood why some people act like it's bad to have a teleprompter.

someone just quit her governorship possibly because of corruption indictment and you're complaining about someone else using a teleprompter?

Damn every sorority girl on campus wears those. Kinda gives you an idea about the kind of group/clique Sarah Palin might have belonged to huh?

Could go a long way to explaining that speech... if she was trying to hold something unpleasant back, and I don't mean corruption investigations.

That is ten tons of awesome.

"Hey basso your dream date just resigned inexplicably and your party is completely void of anyone with a credible shot at national respect in 4 years. What say you?"

"At least she didn't use a teleprompter."

Well played sir. Keep flogging that dead joke while you circle the drain.

She's a quitter who shows disrespect to the American Flag. But none of that really matters to basso.

what her political career being over is a subjective topic. if she gets some congressional seat in the alaskan gov't, you could say that wouldn't be dead. how about this, she will never hold an office equal or greater than govenor. including us senator, govenor and I'll even throw in state senator

To keep this on topic, I'd like to shave another 30 seconds off my mile time, but don't really want to run more than three times a week to avoid injury. Advice?
Are you channeling RedState's Erick Erickson, or is RedState's Erick Erickson channeling you? (Least this time it isn't verbatim.)
Basso, how will Palin "going Willie Gault" help her in her political future, or even bring attention to her causes? Once this initial flutter of speculation about her future dies down, how will she stay in / regain the spotlight in order to promote her convictions?

    To ape the meme:

    1. Quit all positions of authority.
    2. ???
    3. Presidency!

dunno- but if she goes out and campaigns and raises money for other candidates she believes in, i'm not sure how one could say her political career is over.
