Legal Advices Needed: Ok, so I called this guy using the number one of the poster provided from the OP's ad in craiglist; just to see if the r****d actually got caught with his pants down. Well, he answered speaking Spanish, so I thought he gave a fake number or something. Hours later, after I returned from work, I get dozen of calls/messages saying that they're interested in buying ----- from Ebay/Craiglist/w.e. There's gotta be something against the law that prohibits this type of actions, something along of taking a false identity? Anyways, scumbag deserves some laws to be hammered on him. Any help would be great. BTW, my number has an area code of 512. So, if you see an ad on CL/EBAY with an number like that, don't give that number out to 4chan/prank call a person with that area code.. because that's the wrong guy!

Yes, I was outwitted by the previously least witted person on CF. It was initially supposed to be a prank call; but could be so much more better than that if it truly is against the law. It might be a bit difficult, since I live out of state now, but seeing someone suffer the repercussion of all their misbehavior's will be much more rewarding. Call me sadistic if you like, but people like these deserves the worst in life. And yes, I'm referring to myself too.
Why are you confused? You got it right. I was confused because judging by his moniker I figured he was black. I just hung up after he started rambling his greeting in Spanish.

Yup, it's him. There's also a few more with the same old crib, etc. So, can we conclude that since you called that first number, and then new craigslist ads with your number on them immediately popped up...that we at least have the number right?

Yea, the 821 number is his actual number. I'm surprise that I was the only one to call him, I was sure numerous other posters would've gave him a prank call as well. Then again, I was bore as heck during lunch. Oh, and thanks Tikwanleap. I just sent Criaglist a complaint.
Couldn't you now do the same thing, and list his original number in craigslist ads, and everyone from clutchfans can create 1 fake ad per user? Not saying you should do this, but thats whats happening right?
just read through the thread. Tammy's myspace link posted earlier was extremely private. all I could see was her location was Deer Park, TX and her profile pic appeared to be airbrushing on a motor cycle. Was her profile altered since it was first posted?
