There isn't a gated area near that Fiesta, besides the apartments. The closest gated neighborhood is a couple of miles east on Kingsland, near the Kelliwood area of South Katy.
But him posting in Katy, the ads originating in Katy, there being both an HEB AND Fiesta near the Katy address, etc., just seems to match up too well to be a coincidence.

No Astros, no Texans and no Rockets games make Clutchfans angry. You wouldn't like Clutchfans when it's angry.
These ads were made yesterday at like 12 pm. Can somebody see if he posted on CF maybe during the times any of the ads were posted? Seems unlikely that he would be the poster of those craiglist ads (all 3 of them) if he is posting on CF at the time. So for example, if an ad for craigslist is at 12:08pm, then it wouldn't make sense for him to post at 12:07 or 12:08 or 12:09 on CF if that was his ad.
Thats not necessarily a good way of figuring it out, it is entirely possible to be posting on two different sites at the same time...tabbed browsing ftw. It's not like chapman actually had to think much to make the posts he made here....probably takes all of 10 seconds per post. but if you really want to know...he made a series of posts here from 12:31pm to 1:09pm, so he was online and active during that time period.
He made the series of the Craiglist ads in a row, and they require validation of the email address, attachment of pictures, and etc... there's no reason as to why he would stop in middle of posting a Craiglist ad to post on Clutchfans, and then return to finishing to Craiglist ad.
Given how weird this cat is, I wouldn't be shocked if he did that, while taking a dump in public wearing a pirate costume.
