Above average point guard at 24. You're not buying 23 years old. You are buying 23, 24, 25. You're buying the future value of someone.
He wasn't recovering from knee surgery. He had a torn meniscus. I had the same thing last year. It's torn cartilage in your knee. It's not that serious. He didnt have a rose type injury. U people need to stop with that. Recovery from that surgery is 4-6 weeks.
Brandon Roy's first knee injury was a torn meniscus. Now where is he at? You can't compare your injury to that of a world class athlete. The amount of fitness they need to just play is incredible.
Further to that, Shumpert and Rose tore their ACL's at a similar timeframe. According to Thibs Rose only NOW is at 100%.
Hah, yeah, seriously...this weekend warrior who has a 2 foot vertical at best is trying to impart his own injury experiences in relation to one of the quickest players in the freaking NBA...it's doubtful that this guy would notice a 10% loss of lower body explosiveness, but for Lin, and lots of other Pro Athletes, that's the difference between looking like a Scrub (His first 2 months), and looking like a borderline All-Star (April)
I know I'm far from being a LOH but the LOFs make it so hard not to combat with them when all they're doing is putting down our other players (Harden specifically) to try to make him look better than he really is. He's not a terrible PG but he's not the best. He's right about average and as long as he's a Rocket I hope he progresses and lives up to his full potential. That's all.
This is the middle east war. It will never end. Nor will I let it. I used to get annoyed but now its just entertaining trolling irrational LOFs, half the time i'm not even serious.
What the f*** does LOF/LOH mean? I'm tired of flipping through these damn forums all year seeing that s*** and don't know what the hell it means!
