    It may not seem like much but I jogged half a mile today. Last time I did that was 2+ years ago

    What does that even mean? Have you never had surgery in your life? Do you go to the doctor?

    Broken bones and I did have micrograft surgery on my teeth a few years ago.

    Had a Doctor buddy do a checkup on me a couple years ago. Nothing major was wrong according to the bloodwork.

    But yeah, not a fan of randomly going to the hospital unless I need to.
