I doubt you'd get a future first (maybe very heavily protected), but this would be the most Tillman thing ever. The #3 pick will make 3.5 million less over the next 4 years vs. the #2 pick. Luxury tax savings!
It could be like this or it could be like that it could be like this or it could be like that Article is just a hoard of what if’s outside of “smart money is Rockets take Green”
Considering how hard it is to make a trade in the NBA especially up to # 1 or down to # 3 I’d bet anything that the draft plays out just like we thought. Det - Cade Hou - Green Cle - Mobley Tor - Suggs Very logical, no reaches, best player available and each team does not have a sure fire long term solution at that position. It’s 23 and 24 where there’s a good chance of some movement but it’s all going to depend on how the draft falls. If someone is available that the Rox want after the lottery then it makes sense to jump up and get him. Very excited for next week!
I mean, not really. It talked a ton about prospects we’ve worked out and like at the 23 - 24 range, as well as prospects we like that we likely would have to trade up for, along with a ton of other tidbits. Easily the most comprehensive article I’ve read lately.
Why aren't they scouting more wing players? That's a real position of need. Too many guards on this roster won't allow enough playing time.
constantly injured, metabolism is slowing down (weight), lost speed and bounce. He's still a monster but he took his first step down the slope physically IMO.
Neither, i just don't buy into the hype. He's a decent raw prospect that could one day be a Lou Williams type scorer....but unfortunately people have it in their heads that he's some kind of Kobe/Jordan type player and that's laughable.
What I take from the article (thanks J.R.) is that all this smoke is just building up to draft night and that's when the real deals will go down. Otherwise, we don't know anything other than we have the #2, 23 and 24 picks. #MobleyMob
Was it pretty clear to you that MJ was a great passer coming out of college? Or that Kobe was going to be capable at much of anything after his rookie year?
LOL are you really doubling down on that ridiculous nonsense? In the end I'm not sure that we won't miss Lin fans after how insane Green fans are already.
