Its obvious. Its about skill, not about winning. Kobe, kg, really kd(didn't go far for Texas...hell cade(didn't even make the Final 4) tmac etc. So its obvious gleague. High school shouldnt be a choice since thats why they go to gleague since you can't come out straight from high school so the choice should be no college or college

Every single professional analyst/beat writer says GLeague is a higher level than the NCAA.

A quick glance at the GLeague rosters show it is chockful of former NCAA stars. It's a dumb argument these former NCAA bigshots will get better not worse as they age.

I'm glad someone came up with some more lyrics, took me WAY too long to think up that much.

I'd rather have Green (or Cade if we're being honest) but I think you are off base there , Mobley fans are , in my opinion extremely optimistic.

They tend to believe that he will develop into some mix of KD & Giannis.

It's possible .... Just not likely.

Green and Mobley fans seem to be overrating them. Green is not the next Kobe and Mobley is not the second coming of KD / AD. Both are projects, one has more focus and skills defensively in Mobley and the other offense, though Mobley is already quite something on offense, but Green has the drive to be better defensively. I am more inclined to believe Mobley can add more muscle and improve on offense than a guy like Green to become some great defender and legitimate two-way player. I understand the argument for Green over Mobley too, but just saying that both sides are at fault for exaggerating the idea that one is the clear pick over the other. It's not. Hell, we could be arguing about these 2 while Kuminga might end up the star of this draft for example. There's no science to any of this.

Are you genuinely using that as an argument indicating quality? See every top 3 draft bust in history for reference... Now, I'm not saying Thor and Mobley are the same at all, but the logic there was just idiotic.

    You discussing logic is idiotic.

The rebuttal was about a post saying Mobley and Thor are on same level and/or draft value.

Never mind the advanced stats, just on passing alone the talent and production discrepancy is ridiculously wide.

Every single NBA scout and/or expert disagrees with your hot take.

And I'm not being hyperbolic at all.

    Every. Single. One.

Sure D, but he wasn't even close to as talented as Green at that age.

No one thinks green is kobe lol. Stop. People yall keep making these false choices...again its just simple...if you say both will be average, ill rather have a avg guard then a average big. Its always goes back to that simple logic. All things equal pick the gaurd

Lol how is that a hit take... Bucks didn't draft Giannis with a top 2 pick, thor won't either. Oh n if the rockets won't either lol. You wanna bet it won't be Mobley we pick. So that will tell you.

There are three times as many "average" guards in the league than there are bigs. Why would you take a guard using that logic?

so Cade's 20-6-3 on 44 percent shooting with 4 turnovers a game(3.5 asst/4 turnovers a game) while leading his college team to the...5th seed in the big 12 to you is just that much more promising than greens 18-4-3(2.7 turnovers) while shooting 46 percent in the gleague just because of the 'competition level' that oyu assume?

It doesn't seem so clear cut here, not to mention this is the first year ever of the gleague elite program

I agree with you. Some people think Springer will be a better player than Jalen Green too.
