It's called Bleach Bypass and it's done with the clarity, lights, and blacks sliders. I use Adobe Lightroom, if you have that, i can give you my exact coordinates to achieve that style. If not, you can download a free trial version and i'll continue from there.... =)
conquistador, Looks like we live in the same area, any update for your power? I spent about 4 hrs today clearing out branches today and noticed everyone around me had huge trees still resting on power lines. It might be a looooong while before I see power.
