I agree with what others have said, that your significant other shouldn't hold you back from your dreams. If he/she does, get away.

I have lots of personal dreams and I'm working on them...but one of my big dreams is to see my wife achieve hers. That's the real relationship that people should be looking for. I will sacrifice all that I can to support her as she gets to her goals, and she absolutely does the same for me. Your goals and her goals most often are not mutually exclusive.

To answer the question, though, I'd probably work out more...it can be tough when your two options are morning sex and the gym.
