Well if he is playin hurt, we wouldnt know about it, because he doesnt have to broadcast that he is injured everytime he has a bad game.

He only says things that are positive to this team, and he has worked all year to get back to full stength and taken the criticism and just stayed quiet.

I wish someone else on our team would have learned from a well educated Duke man....

Be real man, we dont need happiness.. we need playoff experience and home court to win a series. List the guys on this roster who have been to the second round...... or maybe you can list the guys who are happy instead..

Yea and Wafer and Cook played how many minutes in playoffs???

Look if you have a Tracy McGrady this playoffs who can be a role player, you take that shot. You would be out of your mind to not let the guy be a role player.

Its a dead point because there is no way in HELL he had an epiphany in the last two weeks what have put him in the mindset that he would accept this role.

He has been T-Mac all of his career. Not a chance we will accept the role of being Tracy McGrady, 6-7th man for the Houston Rockets.

If McGrady were willing to give his best despite his knee and truly accept a diminished role within Adelman's system, he definitely would be a welcome addition to the team.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid the chances of both these things happening is little to nil.

Bottom line is that if he wants to play, the organization is going to do it.

With all this role player talk for McGrady, what do you think the chances are he even agrees to that role?

Would AI come off the bench in Detroit? No.
Would T-Mac come off the bench and change his role in Houston? My guess... No.

But, I'd love to see it.
Healthy, Contributing as a Role Player, Second Unit T-Mac is welcome. Re-read the sentence. It somewhat seems like a pipedream and unrealistic, eh?

    Tmac??? Who???

At this point we are a much better team without McGrady. Even if he comes back healthy it will destroy team chemistry.

we had a tumor and we're trying to cut it off. and yet some guys were saying, hey, this may not be a cancer, it you planted somewhere else (aka let him back and play a smaller role) on your body at a less critical area, it still might be useful. lol.

Well the first time he misses a dunk he will be out again.
If your a real ROX Fan than you better hope to God this doesnt happen.
Bringing in Broken McDaisy would kill this team for good.
