Make it a no-call if you take a charge inside the restricted area instead of a foul. Make charges and other offensive fouls simply a turnover instead of a foul.

Change shooting fouls to an automatic 2 points and 3 if the shot goes in. Non-shooting fouls are the same but after the 5th you just get 1 pt and retain possession. In other words eliminate the free throw altogether.

The come from behind wins involving foul shots really suck.

    Make overtime sudden death.

    Few things I would change...

-Change to international goal tending rules. On the cylinder, off the cylinder, I don't really care.
-Make "and1's" an automatic point. You score in spite of being fouled, you deserve the point.
-Allow scoring teams the option to "waive off" a defensive foul during plays from the foul line down. This would eliminate a good chunk of the debate of "continuation" plays.
-Make all 50/50 charge/block calls blocking fouls. It's either a clean block or it's not. If there's any debate, then it's not clean.
-Add 1 extra foul for every OT period. A player who has stayed within foul limits during regulation should not be penalized for a game running extraordinarily long due to a highly competitive game.
-Floor roster size of 15 and total roster size of 20. This allows 3 per position on the bench, and 4 per position on the team. How they came up with the bizarre numbers of roster players they have now, I have no idea.
-Eliminate technical free throws. Technicals are points awarded, end of story.
-Make Flopping a technical foul with points automatically awarded and possession of the ball, but make that flopping call subject to video review.
-Shorten the shot clock to 16 or 20s. More shots and a faster moving game is good for everyone.
-Eliminate "illegal defense". Illegal defense made sense when the 3 point shot didn't exist, now any team that packs the paint is making a trade off. Not to mention the "illegal defense" call is one of the most inconsistently called fouls in the game.

    1. 2 ft wider court. I hate that "baseline foot out of bounce call."

    2. One-on-One to determine possession at the beginning of the game. Each person gets one offensive chance. No rebounds and no post-up shots allowed. This will let the team’s best player determine the possession and not the one with the highest jump reach. It will make fans show up for the start of the game to not miss some great "street ball" action. Also, possession winning team gets two or three points to start the game off to add a little bit more incentive.

    3. 4 Refs. One stays at each end to make sure no calls are missed due to the fast paced action.

    4. Flops should be reviewable via challenges with timeout penalty. If it is a flop, then loose timeout and change possession. If not, challenging team losses timeout. Two challenges per game.

    5. Two players are allowed 8 fouls before fouling out on each team and they must be selected before the game starts.
