Oh the titles we could have had...

That Hakeem punch at 7:14 was hilarious. F the Jazz.

Well, the fact that you actually tried to prove your case using a youtube video made me lol.

And pray tell, what kind of game production from Sampson on the NBA level made him more worthy of HOF than Yao?

I love Yao to bits, but a healthy Ralph? MJ legacy will be seriously in doubt if Rox have both Hakeem and Ralph for all those years.

My "other" vote would be for Charles Barkley and/or Clyde in 1996/7.

If that team was healthy all year, I wonder how different basketball history would be. Maybe Jordan has 5 or less rings. Houston might have 3 or more. We might have had home court advantage over Utah. Jordan vs. Hakeem finally happens....ah, ...the what might have been dream.

Voted Yao, but I guess Sampson would have been more logical (plus he didn't have to play for China every year, which is why his feet gave out in the first place)

Voted Sampson. Was before my time but alongside Dream, that could have been a dynasty.

Didn't read all options and voted Yao.

Had I read them all I would've picked Sampson.

Sampson and Hakeem could've won A LOT of titles together. That would've been a scary good combination.

Yao, Sampson, both of these guys were HEALTHY when we got them, they got INJURED while PLAYING for the Rockets

Tmac and Howard, we got them KNOWING they have some recurring health problems. It's a risk.

Steve francis? he had migrane problems, but I don't remember any significant problems.

Ron Artest shouldn't be on there as I stated before.

    others mentioned Barkley.

How The hell does yao have so many votes compared to Sampson, I wasn't even a rockets fan back then but all you have to do is do some research and you'll learn Sampson was a Gun

Like Megatron? Damn. I had no idea.

But even with that, I'd still choose to grant Sampson health.

I immediately thought Yao, but I voted on reality with Dwight because his health is most important right now.

Lets look forward and not back.

That's the problem, most new fans aren't diehard Rockets fans, just bandwagon fans. Yea I said it. You have to be a lifetime fan to understand what Clutch City truly mean.

    Yao Ming.

I'd take Yao every day of the week, twice on Sunday, platitude, bromide, cliche, and so on.

Of course, now I wish health on our two new stars, but a healthy Yao would've carried us far.

Ralph is a great pick, but as even a healthy Ralph would have retired when I was 8, I'm going to selfishly pick Yao Ming instead so I can actually enjoy the fruits of this magic power.

I have to admit that if Yao was not an option, I might just go outside the Rockets entirely and heal Grant Hill. I was just that big a fan of Hill's game.

Aaron Brooks is missing on there too.

Also Lowry got a bacterial infection.
