I have no desire to relive any part of my life. Its not that everything has sucked, its that what we do now is better than anything I've ever done.

I assume going back mean not coming back to the present, but have to endure life all over again from that point?

I'll go back to middle school and take their offer of skipping a grade. Then graduate early in high school again, that means 2 years head start. Then srsly work my butt of in college instead of being lazy and graduate a little late. In an alternate universe I'd be a little more successful than I am now (financially that is).

The only reason I can think of to want to relive any portion of my life would be to improve my current situation; so reminiscing just seems like an excuse to delay taking positive action in the present. Also, for some reason I have a much easier time remembering what made me unhappy about certain times in my life. I went to three different high schools and was so miserable at the end, I flat out refused to go to graduation. Didn't go to college graduation either, a little bitter and regretful about the job search and kind of felt like it was just another fee.

I remember spring semester, Senior year in high school I was taking community college classes at night to get some college credits; and one night I didn't have a ride lined up, so I was walking home. I was walking on the busiest street in town and didn't want to have to cross an intersection in the dark, so I was walking on the on the sidewalk on the right side of the road. Well, lo and behold, my Mom was driving home from work and pulled up next to me. All she's doing the rest of the way home is carping about me walking on the right side of the road. Then a few weeks later my Dad calls from overseas, and that's the first thing he b****es about. I'd already been accepted to college the previous fall and had that to look forward to; but I just remember having no friends or social life of any kind, never getting into fights or any kind of trouble, and still getting ragged on over and over again for stupid, petty crap like that.

Probably the last five years. Fianceé left me today based on religious reasons.

I wouldn't do it differently; I just want to replay it all over again. I'd also take more pictures and record home videos.

Sorry to hear. If you don't mind and without going into too much detail - were you two of different religions? Or was it that she is less or more religious than you, within the same religion?

Were you at the game? It was an extremely long and boring last 35 seconds. It is cool to say I was there, but it wasn't the most exciting last minute that I've seen. For me, the Cat, Francis and Moochie triple overtime.

Where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds- pretty standard really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it.

I was trying to figure out a creative way to say this but you did it much better than I could.

Well I've got nothing on Xerobull, but I guess I'd like to relive (and redo) my early college years.

I would dump that trashy east Texas girl who I was 100% sure was sleeping around behind my back but I stuck around because... I don't know why. I would just like to go back and convince myself to just never have gotten involved with her. That was nearly 2 wasted years with 0 good memories. She wasn't bright, she wasn't fun, she was unbelievably paranoid and jealous, the sex started out great but got progressively worse, she never paid for a freakin' thing, she seemed to hate everything joyous in the world, and she used to sleep around when she told me she was away visiting her sick grandma in the hospital.

After I broke up with her college became 1000x better. I just wish I had done it sooner. More friends, women, parties, hangin' out, and tons of good memories once I finally got rid of her.

Fortunately, I was able to stretch the remaing 2 years of college to 3.5 years, so I was able to make up for lost time.

Lemme guess, if someone gave you a million dollars, you'd give half of it to your friend Saheib in Securities.
