I picked Robert Horry because of the type of game he played. That list contained a number of players (Moses, Clyde etc) that belong to any list that you want to create. However, big shot Bob played the kind of game that would have fit perfectly to the needs of the present team.

Can a mod please edit the poll to spell Sam Cassell's name correctly. He's not an Eastern European

As for my vote. This is like a draft. Best available or best fit. I'm a forever best available advocate in the NBA

As Rockets03 said early in this thread, best available is Moses by far

If we're talking players in their prime then why not throw juwan Howard in the mix.

exactly my thoughts, big shot rob is just amazing...he was a very big factor for all those rings he have. we have dwight so yao would be redundant. but then since Yao has good offense, it might work with DH as PF!!

T-Mac. He would be the best fit for our current roster. He would also be amazing with Dwight.

Elvin Hayes. One of the most dominance bigs of alltime but got traded once the Rockets into tank mode. Was amazing for Philly. The big E would dominate today.

This, assuming we are talking about overall prime, not the Rockets period prime. He'd fit in great with this team.

If we are talking about Rockets' period primes, then I'll just take the best player available, i.e. Moses.

Eddie Griffin was such a sad story. He had all the talent especially as a shot blocker and defender, but his life was a mess. Such a shame because he looked like he was playing well with the Wolves. RIP big fella.

RS50 could do it ALL at 7' plus (pre knee injury). Didn't need the ball to be great.

    Oh man, I loved Cuttino.

Always played so hard, real dangerous shooter and quick as a cat.

Yao would be my pick. Sliding Howard over to PF, and imploring the TT set would be shutdown D. Asik couldn't space the floor because he has no jumper to speak of, yao can be a threat even close to the 3 point line. Howard and Yao can both rebound and block shots. A line up of Lin, Harden, Parsons, Howard, Yao would have been sick. The size and skill of this team would crush the Heat in 6 games.
