I didn’t say anyone can do it- I acknowledged there is the occasional moron here or there that could mess it up. his three years have objectively been worse than the 3 years that preceded him in both regular season record and playoff performance. If they win the WS this year then his 3 years will be the same as AJ’s last 3 (1 WS win, 1 WS loss and 1 ALCS loss) while his regular season record will be significantly worse (101, 103 and 107 wins vs 29-31, 95 wins and 100-108 wins) than AJ’s last 3 seasons. so, it’s not even like continuity is the same standard as AJ, it’s a step back- from basically a near impossible standard AJ set before him.
