I agree with checking your blood pressure also. You just might need more cardio instead of weights b/c your body can't take the stress now.
37 y/o, 6'3", 230 lbs, bp good Talked to my cousin she's a nurse and former personal trainer. She said I'm out of shape, over did it, poor diet, ect... To get my cardio in check, use less weight, and to pace myself. Take it slow and get my body use to the routine.
If you have not seen a doctor for a full physical in the past year, it may be time to pay him a visit.
Yeah you should probably work on getting your heart / stamina back in shape. Run for a few weeks or so instead of working out.
Could be dehydration as a hangover is partially the result of dehydration. Try making sure you get plenty of water next time you try to work out and start out slow.
you might try a recovery drink after your workout. 4:1 carbsrotein ratio. i.e., apple juice + a scoop of whey protein would do the trick. Especially if you've burned a lot of calories (like hard cardio) you need to replenish the body and go see a doctor -- they have better advice than the internet quacks around here
I take it you're not insured? Research online for places that give a cheap physical. If you're not going to follow advice, for the love of God, I'll remember this thread and ruin any future topics where you b**** about your health.
