McGrady + Battier + Scola + 1st rounder - for - Chris Bosh + Shawn Marion + Marcus Banks It would have to be 2 separate deals, but these would be the main pieces going either way. Many want Texas boy Bosh anyways - maybe take him now to accelerate the rebuild. Marion is an athletic 3 and will be on a more reasonable deal than his previous salary. Banks is filler. Battier, Scola and the pick are key for Toronto. McGrady is mostly to make the money work, but he gets to go back to where it started, for a year until his deal expires. Both teams could spend again next year.
