Can't wait to hear his next FOX Business News interview, where he explains why all this was necessary.

If Harden truly wants out and wants to play in Brooklyn, I'm not totally opposed to a deal there. But Brooklyn needs to make that package more enticing than Levert, Dinwiddie, Allen and a bunch of late 1sts. They need to find a way work in a third team to help the Rockets get: (A) Another star caliber player to build around (preferably who isn't Kyrie Irving); or (B) A crap-ton of first-round draft picks, including at least one high lottery pick.

But I have no interest in a pack of 3-5 "good" players who will help the Rockets to .500 every season and see them drafting in that 10-14 range every year. We all remember that period between the Yao/T-Mac and Harden eras, and it sucked. The package I've seen tossed around guarantees the Rockets are stuck in mediocrity the next 4-5 years, and I want no part of that.
