The blame is all on Mack's shoulders now: We should have seen this one coming from a mile away. We've yet to put together a complete game all year. Either our offense or defense struggles every week. Some highlights: 1. Kliff Kingsbury: 38-60, 474 yds, 6 TDs 2. Quentin Griffin: 248 yds rushing 3. Jammal Lord: 234 yds rushing 4. 0 2nd half pts vs North Texas 5. Benson: 20 rushes, 73 yds.
I'm dumbfounded. Utterly and completely dumbfounded. I want to throw my cell phone in the trash, it won't stop ringing from non-Texas graduate friends.
I am not sure if this question was directed at me. but I will act like it was. Simms did well today. He made sharp passes. threw the ball away much of the time when he was in trouble. Hard to blame him for this debacle. He desreves props for his effort today. We all know Simms is not a scramber, so the o-line needs to help him out. And the O-line did not do enough of that today. Simms showed frustration on the sidelines, and I think it was because of the o-line. It may have been towards the folding defense also though.
I am not sure if this question was directed at me. but I will act like it was. Well it was directed at whoever was blaming it on Simms
Did you see the replay? I guess not. The WR was bumped off his route after Simms released the ball. How are you going to blame Simms for something that happened after the ball was no longer in his hands? If he had tried to force it into coverage then I'd understand. Believe me I'm no fan of Simms, but I can't say the interception was his fault.
C'mon Smokey, you know that when UT went down with a few minutes left you had a feeling that Simms was going to throw an INT.
Cat, I am not going to the aggie game anymore but ill be in houston way before thanksgiving day so I could meet you to get the big 12 ticket(which i will put on Ebay) or you can keep it/ sell it yourself. Sorry.
Really? Send a check to the Kam needs a Ferrari or something close to it Foundation so Kam can score......Touchdowns.
1. UT doesn't have "it." Check tue Tulane gme. They shut them out, but in the beginning, Tulane moved the ball at wil. 2. UT hasn't "dominated" an opponent all year. 3. Upsets happen every Saturday, and UT flat out is overrated.
A timeout would've been helpful there at the end. Kingsbury deserves serious consideration for the Heisman now, no question.
