i don't want to be on ABC...i wanna be on TNT because i wanna see what barkley says. i really dont like watching games on ABC at all. it goes: TNT, ESPN, then ABC.
Kind of off the topic.... But, has anyone else noticed the picture quality between ABC and ESPN sporting events. It just seems a little blurry and a bit fuzzier on ABC. Any reason why?
**** sucks b/c I have a class Mon. 6-9 and LSAT classes on Tues/Thurs 6-10 sI I have to get the VCR ready and avoid all forms of life b/c I don't want anyone ruining the games for me. Hopefully they play the Rockets games on Wednesdays and Fridays so I can watch the games live!
thanks for the info Matt that would be crazy if it was a 930 game, I'm not sure whats the latest game i've been to at the Toyota Center, it was probably the Pacers game last month which started at 830pm because it was on TNT. btw, my cousin and I were the ones that said whatsup to you when you passed by the Season Ticket party under the tents below the skybridge when you passed us. **** that for me it is FSN, TV51(yes im a homer ), ABC, ESPN, TNT. The one with the least amount of idiot commentators is the one i watch. Yes i know clyde is a moron but bill makes up for his idiotic phrases. I really dont care about quality that much anyway.

I just want to be able to make it to both games, 9:30 on sat night is not bad, but on mon or tues, ugh... after work and class all day and the next day....oh well its the playoffs.
Is it hard for ABC to get atleast two Network games? NBC went triple header. They can't start at noon? You telling me you can't get Toronto and Washington at noon? don't people care about the Raptors?

Mattj, I think you nailed those TV game predictions. The fact that the West coast only has Suns/Lakers really forces the network's hands in putting the Texas teams on later. You can bank the Suns/Lakers for late Sunday on TNT and the Cavs/Heat for Sunday on ABC. Also, the Rockets/Utah 2nd game will most certainly be another 9:30 EST start since the game before it on a network will start at 7pm.

That was the MJ era....NBA ratings aren't as good as they use to be....and Cable is paying much more $$$ for the rights fees....
I'm going to be pissed if any of the games are on NBA-TV. When I first signed up for digital cable (in Baltimore) I was surprised to see that NBA-TV was viewable. But after about a month I got the channel not available message. Bah.
