He's a poor man's Marc Gasol, excellent defender and passer, good rebounder, pretty good inside game, quick feet and for Skip Bayless, he sets wicked picks.

No but seriously, he's miles better than all our 4's, will only get better and can put up big numbers on a team that gives him touches. A front-court of Asik and Splitter, ain't nobody getting layups.

The Spurs will definitely want to keep him, but for around 7-8 million a year, I want Tiago Splitter!

That's an interesting idea, he's a great pick and roll player, although he doesn't have a jump shot (he is a much improved free throw shooter though).

But he is a restricted free agent.

Who would you rather have if J-Smooth and DH12 are off the market?

Who's J-Smooth? People keep on calling him this.

"Josh Smith (born December 5, 1985 in College Park, Georgia) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Josh is one of five children born to Paulette and Pete Smith. His siblings are Walter, Phebe, Kasola and Shanti. His popular nickname is "J-Smoove".

I prefer Splitter to Millsap, his per 36 is fantastic and he is improving fast.

Splitter is versatile in that he can defend the 4 and 5. He's a good defender, and he plays well in pick and roll. However, he's a very overrated player in general.

He would be a good signing for sure and would make the Rockets better. However, there are better centers than him Europe that are available and that would costs a lot less. That is where the Rockets should be looking to get a center.

Splitter is a good player. The problem is we don't need a good player, we need a great player. If we don't get Paul or Howard, we should keep our cap flexibility until someone else becomes available. We should not sign Millsap, Smith, Splitter, or anyone of their caliber, unless they come really cheap.

Only for MLE so he's tradeable, which wouldn't happen. If it comes to that I'd rather stick with DMo, TJones, GSmith, TRob, etc.
