If we are intent on trading Francis, is there incentive to put him in the lottery?

But I still emphasize the importance of mechanics because the possibilities in real life extend well beyond individual expection. Krause is hardly the only example. No one expected Colangelo to blow up PHX 20 games into this past season. There are others but I'll drop the rant.
