If we are going to consider Giannis for MVP, why not Jokic?

It's nice being the healthiest team and being on the East.

This is really a COY conversation. Bucks have the same players as last season. Difference, Coach.
Better health and ability to coast more games because your conference is inferior. Then, gear up for the West.

That 68% win percentage is with them only facing the WC playoff teams twice each.

They’re 8-6 so far against WC playoff teams.

I don't understand how Scott Foster isn't the MVP. I mean if it is about wins he is undefeated!

Fair point. Not sure how much of a difference it makes. Besides, why would they want to gear up for non-conference games more than conference rivals? Seems counterintuitive.
Again, this is the records against WC playoff teams:

    Nuggets 12-9
    Bucks 8-6
    Warriors 12-11
    Rockets 12-11

The ranking of winning percentages against WC playoff teams and against all WC teams are pretty consistent.

I am just trying to point out that lots of people just unthinkingly dismiss Eastern teams without even checking the facts. This is just similar to the media repeating some narrative without bothering to check the facts.

That said, the Bucks are an up and coming team. I don't think they are really a threat this postseason simply because most teams have to pay their dues for a season or two before they can get over the top. Toronto and Philly are probably more dangerous.

I like the Jokers Game more than Giannis at this point. Giannis if his game becomes more complete like the Joker he will be the dominant player in the league. But he will have to go thru the Joker and Embiid. None of these guys at the present are better than James Harden

Should be #1 on the MVP ladder. Embiid is great too, but that court-vision and playmaking from Jokic is one of a kind at the 5.

Mvp usually goes to the best player in a top 2 seed. Other than Russ everyone else has a had a good team. It's really a team award.

its interesting to note that none of these 2 were top 4 pick...

Jokic wasnt even top 40 pick let alone top 4

    he was selected at 41

    giannis was pick no 15.....
