If two guys are kissing in front of you, are you weirded out?

Nah, people were upset because of how much airtime ESPN devoted to a third-string quarterback.

 

Yeah and there was a huge backlash with the Kevin Durant speech because he honoured God publicly. First and Last.

And the roughly 90% of professional athletes who honour God publicly are derided as well.

And every president and most politicians. Derided.

 

Only a little, but I get weirded out when I see two unattractive people making out, so it has more to do with me not being attracted to them than anything else.

 

When I was younger it seemed strange to me. However, having a few friends and colleagues who are members of the LGBTQ community, I've been exposed to it enough where it appears unremarkable now.

I know an old man who thinks it's disgusting to see mixed race couples, especially between a white person and an African American. This poll would be more skewed had it been asked in 1974, 1984, 1994, and even 2004. It's going to be more common so the numbers of 'it doesn't bother me' will increase. Heterosexual men wearing makeup was also strange to me many years ago, but it's becoming more popular now.

 

It's still gross.

 

So are obese people. But we haven't nuked the south or outlawed KFC yet now haven't we?

I see it in public sometimes in SF. Kinda weird at first, not as much anymore. It's like any other couple I suppose...something that should be reserved indoors.

Lesbians do it publicly as well, but they both have to be attractive for any lasting impression.

When I was younger it might have startled me a little, since chasing chicks was the only thing that came in ahead of going to concerts, as far as I was concerned, and I was very focused in that pursuit of the Fair Sex. Now? It's just people kissing. Why should that freak me out?
