I don't bash anyone I comment on them as Rocket's players....

If they SUCK BALLS, I say it, if they play well, I say it.

agree. i cant believe some posters will forgive tmac..our roster is much better now without him, plus we could have added baron + camby or carter to this wonderful looking offense now...but tmac screwed it up because he doesnt want to play in a bad team like new jersey or clippers

my god,i think the rockets are so scared of needing "a third scorer in playoffs"...remember docs earlier thread last week when he said "tmac will sit out until the playoffs!"....thats a bad idea...he COMPLETELY disrupts the flow of offense and defense and passing, complete ball stopper, when he finally does move he shoots a worse percentage than battier,barry,wafer,artest...why cant the rockets just admit that wafer is a better player for this team and blackball tmac?.just because he makes 23 mil doesnt mean we should stump wafers career progress or stump the teams chances...

wait, i know, just because tmacs bff JVG said we need tmac everyone is back on the bandwagon...amazing. I see it now, with the next loss, everyone will complain we need tmac. Im not saying tmac is a bad player, just a bad player for Ricks offense. This offense needs alot of international players because they are better at passing and shooting than domestic players.(peja, scola, turkaglu)

Same way I feel, it's not worth to go through anymore drama with him regardless if he's injured or not.

You never want to see tracy in a rockets uniform again. You want Kirk Hinrich in a rockets uniform. To bad we can't all get what we wish for :D

All the tmac lovers say that if we didn't trade for Tmac we'd have SF3's bloated contract, as well as SF3's bloated self. Diss Steve all you want, BUT HE WANTED TO BE HERE. Steve didn't wine about being a basketball star over a baseball star, he didn't wine about how his home team treated, frick, he even came back after we traded him!! All in all, I'd rather have an injured Steve on the bench than an injured Tracy.

I do care about the team probably too much, I wear my emotions on my sleaves or in this case my keyboard.

    :D

I start a new job on Monday though, so much less time to post.

I don't think Morey and Les are on different pages. I think Les saying that they don't want to trade T-Mac was just an attempt to minimize public reaction to T-Mac being shopped around. You'll notice that other teams (I think Suns) were doing the same after media was picking up that Amare was on the block.

Good luck for your new job!

I guess Tmac was really unlucky. He sucked when you had a lot of free time.

They forgive because they identify with him. If you got an honest set of stats on the people still supporting this guy you would probably see:

an average age of around 18
not much success as an athlete
never worked a day in their life
given everything to them by wealthy parents

Nobody who has ever earned what they have or dealt with adversity would root for a guy who is the poster child for soft, spoiled athletes. McGrady would still be sleeping on his mom's couch and playing xbox 360 all day if he had not been born with incredible physical gifts.

    dont you guys get it?

he is just playing stupid and that is the only excuse he can possibly find to explain what he's done is just because he wasnt thinking straight.

but, guess what, you r fooled again!

he was thinking straight and he knew what he was doing and its just according to his plan. he just couldnt wait until trade deadline approaches without telling other teams to get hands off him because he knew that if he tell Rockets that he need surgery and the news will probably be concealed from other teams and Rockets would put him on sale.

Tracy is smart, but not enough.

Well if you couple the fact that Les defended Tmac with the fact that Tmac basically didn't cue in Rocket's management you get a very suspisious story. While I could see your point about lessening the blow about trade talk, the only oddity I can see with that claim is those teams came out and said that they weren't shopping players AFTER a change was made. PHX came out and said Amare won't be traded after the firing. Also, why would Les care about the public knowing he was being traded. Most fans are upset with Tmac on some level, and a good portion of those fans want him gone. I can understand, saying it and then getting no trade makes for a sh!tty situation IF tmac comes back, but still, why say something, why not say nothing and just leave a mystery. The out right denial of a trade is suspicious. Maybe Les and Morey being on different pages is a step too far, but they can't be seeing perfectly eye to eye right now, can they?

I feel as if he's turned the whole rockets organization into a joke. It's now clear that he's been the problem all this time. If I'm pissed off at him and I'm a t-mac fan then his teamates have to be completely over him and the whole idea of him. Even if he gets healthy again I never want to see him in a rockets uniform again. Everything since declaring it's all on him in a season where yao I believe was our leading scorer and rebounder has been completely childish. Win or lose we need to move on without this dude.

Here is the link and i posted the part about tracy seeing another doctor...

    http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_y...0Jm8vLYF?slug=ap-mcgradyout&prov=ap&type=lgns

"Rockets spokesman Nelson Luis said McGrady met with a doctor in New York on Tuesday and had another out-of-state doctor’s appointment scheduled Wednesday. McGrady said he would have the surgery “immediately.”
