If these teams had their players in their primes who would be the best right now today?

    Has to be the Knicks or Celtics. Just putting scoring numbers skews this topic. Defensively the Knicks, Celtics and Lakers would be amazing. look at the matchups...

    Heat vs. Lakers
    Prime Nash>Chalmers
    Prime Kobe>Prime Wade
    Prime Artest<Lebron (but can play great defense with that said)
    Prime Pau>Prime bosh
    Prime Dwight>Prime Haslem


    I wouldn't even consider the lakers a top 2 team in that list but they're still better than the heat team in their prime. Prime Kobe could potentially trump everyone as well. Even in 07-08 there was no who could guard him 1v1.
