If the Rockets miss the playoffs who'd be to blame?

    When a team doesn't perform well, the blame almost always goes to its coach or superstars. In this case, McHale, Howard or Harden. Blaming Lin wouldn't make sense especially if he isn't even the one handling the ball most. Let's not repeat the stupidity of what happened at the start of last season: namely whenever the Rockets won it was Harden's team, but when they lost, it was suddenly Lin's team :rolleyes:

    It depend on whos fault it is.
    If Howar only averages 1 rebound and 2 points while playing big minutes I will blame him. If mchale decides to play Howard, Harden and Parsons only 5 minutes per game, while they are playing great, I will blame him.

    Asking whos fault it is if we do not make the play offs before the season doesn't make sense.

    The person who disappoints. It's moronic to pre-assign blame.

    Maybe Clutch the Bear slips on a banana peel, lands on all 5 starters at once, breaks all their ankles, and destroys our season. Seems about as valid a preseason choice as any you gave.

    All kidding aside, there's no way we'll know until we see how everyone plays. Howard would get the blame, but probably not deserve it.

    Please don't take this too serious! We can not see the future but it is always Lin's fault.

    When Hurricane IKE hit Texas, it was also Lin's fault. Both names have only three letters!:p:p:p
