He also likes flexibility in contracts with non guaranteed money and team/player options etc. I think this is key. Even the Finney Smith deal only has 2 years guaranteed money.

 

KPJ had a non guaranteed contract, something you might have missed. It was basically a 1 yr "prove it" deal that has low risk with high reward.

 

So much hype for a player that doesn’t even average 20/10…
